Reservations can be moved to any date without penalty given 48 hours advance notice. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must give 7 days notice to receive a full refund.

Pet Policy: Well-behaved pets are welcome. A $100 deposit and a $10 pet fee is required. All pets must be registered at check-in. We must have a cell-phone number to contact you for any pet related issues. Pets cannot be left unattended in your guest room. Pets may not join you in the dining room or bar, but the restaurant can prepare meals for take-out if you would like to eat in the gardens or public areas with your pet.

Smoking Policy: La Posada is a non-smoking hotel. A $150.00 cleaning fee will be assessed if you smoke in the guest room. Smoking is only allowed on patios.

Damage or Disturbance Fee: The credit card on file will be charged for any damage caused by myself or other guests in my party. If other guests are disrupted as a result of excessive noise from my group and must be refunded, I understand I will be responsible for these monies. This includes a cleaning fee of $150 if furnishings require extensive cleaning.
